I bought the wooden bird letters for my child's door. They arrived very quickly, and each letter was individually wrapped in the envelope to avoid damage. There was even a sticker on the back so I could put them up immediately. Great product and service! Many thanks.

I am chuffed to bits with the wooden letters that arrived today. I got some in Crazy Animal and some in Crazy Bird and they are really fun and bright, just what I wanted!

In addition though I feel I must say that Rachel was such a star. I emailed Stripey Giraffe several times as I wasn't sure which designs to go for. I got really friendly replies (she obviously works far too hard - one was sent at 7.45 in the morning!!) and in the end I left the choices up to her. I really wasn't disappointed! Thanks Rachel!
